Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for supporting Service Sales strategies and maintaining Commercial tools utilized by the Service Sales Team. The job requires high level of interpersonal relationship, once this person will be a connection between commercial and technical areas. Responsibilities will be enabling high quality, objective decisions by identifying and advising on the key challenges for the business through the development and application of insightful and objective competitive and business analysis.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Additional responsibilities will be enabling high quality, objective decisions by identifying and advising on the key challenges for the business through the development and application of insightful and objective competitive and business analysis
·  Connect Legal, Delivery and Commercial systems with the Service Commercial Process
·  Support the process of product and pricing maintenance within the Quoting Tools for the region
·  Ensure compliance within all Tools, approving roles and responsibilities for each user in Commercial Tools
·  Coordinate with Products team to maintain pricing discount up to date. This refers for all quotes needs to be approved on the system
·  Support the area in short to medium/long-term action plans for upgrades and maintenance in Commercial tools
·  Part in all Training and Communication across the region for users in Commercial Tools
·  Field Support – being the contact point for the Region with all doubts, questions or issues regarding Commercial Tools universe
·  Coordinate technical inquiry: follow up on open cases to ensure system issue resolution
·  Support Commercial strategy in Territory Management for the LatAm region
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor’s Degree or in course in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or similar
·  2+ years’ experience in Operational activities related to Commercial or Finance area
·  Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
·  Proficient in English, Spanish & Portuguese
·  Strong analytical and process skills

·  Ability to develop across the border relationships
·  Ability to interpret large amounts of information from different sources, e.g. from marketing and financial reports, in-depth market research studies, field and managerial inputs, etc.
·  Being a key contributor and influencer within Americas Team (Milwaukee Product Leaders and IT Team)
·  Ability to influence and make recommendations at all levels of the company
·  Excellent project management skills – resourceful people wise and good self-management skills
·  Successful experience working in team environment
