Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for follow the Business’ Know-Your-Customer (“KYC”) due diligence procedures in order to have enough information about customers and verify that they are involved in legitimate business activities and that their funds come from legitimate sources prior to making commercial commitment.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Perform due diligence procedures required for GEHC customers.
·  Stratify the customer entity into lower/higher risk tiers. The risk tier of a customer will in turn determine the amount of due diligence required.
·  Conduct appropriate risk-based due diligence.
·  Ensure that all resources for obtaining required KYC due diligence data are used (Bridger or other list-screening software, other reliable commercial databases that verify identity (e.g., Lexis/Nexis; D&B), company registry searches, media searches, Internet and other database searches).
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Excellent execution capacity and initiative.
·  Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or
unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations.
·  Integrity: accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions,
communications, actions and when dealing with others.
·  Excellent and fluent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
