Role Summary/Purpose
Analyst will support execution of Software Governance (SG) processes, specifically software procurement operations and all daily software procurement activities and specific auditing tasks.
Essential Responsibilities
· Update software requests, generate quotes, create requisitions, receive software orders, update requests, and file the POP in the secured GE system
· Perform quality check on all purchase orders (POs) ensuring all fields' values are correct and will facilitate accurate procurement as well as payment of invoices
· Send out software maintenance notification renewals to end users and keep track on due dates
· Perform a gap analysis between the software we can prove we paid for against the software we have installed; notify non-compliant users and make changes accordingly
· Perform bulk uploads of large software requests or reconciliations
· Work with end users to enter software requests when needed
· Track monthly software for true-ups
· Open helpdesk tickets with the GE software asset management team when needed to resolve install issues
· Work with suppliers to get all required on-boarding documentation and creating Supplier Connect requests
· Ensure metrics are in place to measure SLA's. Report on and execute on metrics
· Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed and maintain an effective level of internal control within the purchasing function.
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of professional experience

Desired Characteristics
