Healthcare Integrated Supply Chain
Provide technical and engineering support to improve Product Quality KPIs. This position will
focus on product quality through data collection, data analysis, experimentation, simulation,
issue resolution, verification and control. This person will be responsible for driving the nonconforming material process and root cause investigation through coordination with
Production Support Engineers, Supplier Quality Engineers and Product Design Engineers.
Take ownership of the NCR (Non-Conformance Report) disposition and MRB (Material
Review Board) processes.
Lead data analysis of internal and external defects DPU (Defects per Unit) and create
projects to impact KPI (Key Performance Indicator).
Teamwork with Supplier Quality on supplier related defects.
Conduct root cause analysis on product quality issues, identify trends, and communicate
with Supplier Quality Engineers, Engineering and feeder plants for resolution.
Reduction of MRB and non-conforming material inventory.
Create funnel and execute scrap reduction projects.
Ensure compliance through validation and verification
B.S. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Biomedical Engineering or related,
1 - 3 years of experience in production, supply chain, manufacturing, process
improvement, new product introduction, quality or design.
1.0Green Belt Certified.
2. Lean manufacturing experience.
3. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
4. Demonstrated analytical, process management skills.
5. Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes.
6. Strong bilingual (English-Spanish) communication skills, verbal and written.
7. Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, Minitab, etc.
