Role Summary/Purpose

Develop and maintain systems, rules, and processes to ensure fulfillment of internal and external requirements. Ensures that projects and products are capable and will meet specified standards (Preventive). Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures (technical Bachelor’s Degree).
Essential Responsibilities

- Ensure the quality requirements are identified.
- Ensure the implementation of applicable code or directives to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure related project quality documents like ITP is established, all planned quality assurance activity are performed and sufficiently recorder.
-Ensure the EOMR is prepared, and transferred to customers according to contractual requirements.
-Ensure required audit is planned, executed and followed-up.
-Manage deviation of product, and to sure all deviation is closed properly before shipment.
-Coordinate with Customer representative and 3rd party inspectors for quality activities in WBC shop and supplier’s facilities;
-Support supplier quality management.
Qualifications/Requirements

- BA of engineering and machine manufacture and above;
- At least 5 years professional experience in industries related and 3 years experience in quality.
Desired Characteristics

- Being familiar with project management and mechanical manufacturing.
- Being knowledgeable about systematic quality management, master series standards of ISO9000.
- Being familiar with codes of China, EU and ASME.
- Good English
- Negotiation and resolving quality problems skills;
- Be good at communication and excellent leadership and coordination ability
- People Management and organization skill
