Role Summary/Purpose

The Project site coordinator will have a significant responsibility on engineering and material delivered at site.
Essential Responsibilities

3 projects are currently in execution with end customers in Korea, Grid Solutions foresees an additional 2 projects to be secured within 2018.
GE is not in charge of site but has a significant responsibility on engineering and material delivered at site. In order to mitigate GE’s risk and accelerate resolution of issues linked with engineering and equipment’s delivered, the Project site coordinator will work with KAPES team at site on behalf of GE. Monitoring quality of realization against requirement, alignment of in designs and quality issues linked with engineering or equipment supplied by GE.
The project site coordinator will functionally report to the Senor project coordinator in Korea.

Objectives:
Project site coordinator main objectives
• Ensure coordination with KAPES on on-going site actions linked with GE
• Coordinations of RFIs, NCRs, as-built and others relevant processes

Major Responsibilities:
The Project site coordinator must coordinate and monitor progress of engineering at site, drive resolution from GE’s
- Drive coordination between KAPES/KEPCO and GE regarding all site matters
- Drive GE’s problem resolution, animate GE community to support KAPES
- Ensure alignment of expectation between project team and customers

The Project site coordinator maximize customer’s satisfaction in order to promote GE brand name and customer intimacy.
- Proactive problem resolution
- Immediate reactivity to customer request linked with site.
Qualifications/Requirements

• Fluent in English and Korean (mandatory)
• Initial experience of site activities
• Knowledge of HVDC is a plus
• Engineering degree
