Role Summary/Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated professional to join the Project Management Office team in Bioprocess R&D.
You will be a member of the Project Management Office (PMO) team supporting processes and documentation around the execution of the BioProcess business area R&D Portfolios and Projects. The PMO backoffice team supports a global team of portfolio and project managers.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Support portfolio/project managers by assigning project numbers, setting up folders/structures, including setup in systems (Oracle PA, SSP, LTR) etc
·  Manage project related information in our systems and files
·  Oversee documentation and structures to ensure consistency of structures and data
·  Manage Project Management Office processes
·  Ensure processes are implemented and applied consistently
·  Propose changes of processes as needed
·  Drive consolidation of project financial forecasts and actuals on a monthly/quarterly basis
·  Support finance in monthly/quarterly closure of results
·  Support the finance manager with consolidating financial needs from organisation and portfolio/projects as Capex, expenses etc
·  Assisting with deep-dives on following up on key cost items in the systems
·  Coordinate setup in systems with other functions
·  Administrative support around meetings (rooms, video, agenda, minutes)

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Extensive experience with MS Office tools, especially Excel
·  Understanding of key financial reporting (OPEX, Capex, principles for accounting etc)
·  Experiences in working in IT systems e.g. Oracle, SSP
·  Process oriented, with an experience to both evolve and establish new processes
·  Experienced with supporting a team with administrative tasks
·  Language: Swedish, English
