Role Summary/Purpose

The professional will act with the control and financial management of contracts
Essential Responsibilities

• Finance and Impacts Risks and Opportunities tracking
• Margin and Revenue calculation
• Quarterly Financial closing and ledger reconciliation
• Billing
• Collections pacing
• Quarterly Financial closing and ledger reconciliation
• Project costs actuals review and CTC forecast
• Functional costs inputs consolidation
• Presentation preparation and support to PD
• B/S reviews
• PPA monitoring
• Project Close Out
• External and Internal Financial audit support
• Bond/LOC maintenance
Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor in Administration or Accounting
• Advanced English
• Advanced Excel
• Knowledge of SAP ERP modules CO, FI, SD
Desired Characteristics

Good capacity of communication, teamwork, resilience.
Advanced Spanish
In day by day professional must be organized, compliance with deadlines and able to realign priorities.
