Role Summary/Purpose

Provide support to all activities related to Project Control within Upgrade & Industrial Applications, a dynamic and rapidly growing Business Unit within the O&G TMS division.
Our mission worldwide is the modernization of the fleets of our Customers by injection of new technology, for higher performance, lower emissions and better operational efficiency. Our Projects are fast paced and present a wide variety of technical, operational and logistic challenges.
We offer a 6 moths internship.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Support and improve the project administration process all along the entire project life-cycle, from kick-off to end of Warranty, ensuring data quality filling the Company tools

·  Support Project Control Leader to run an effective operating rhythm with reports and dashboard preparation

·  Support initiatives to digitize processes, support enhancement of Project Control related procedure identifying opportunities of simplification and optimization, work on process development and data collection regarding main KPI in the project management area
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical disciplines (with preference for mathematics or statistics degree)

·  Proficient skills in PC, Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel

·  Analytic aptitude and methodology able to elaborate complex (in quantity and quality) data and to present them in chart and presentation

·  English & Italian fluency

·  EU Work Permit
