The Finance Admin Assistant supports the Operations Teams, Shared Services and Engineering Manager.
Essential Responsibilities

Role Summary/Purpose :
The Finance Admin Assistant supports the Operations Teams, Shared Services and Engineering Manager.

Essential Responsibilities :Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Support the Operations teams in activities such as:
- Create and update job records, documentation and reports
- Prepare and update cost information and billing
- Liaise with cross functional teams on ordering and handling of parts and components
- Liaise with cross functional teams on shipping and logistics
- Customer/vendor communication and coordination
- Follow-up with customer collection
- Other duties as assigned

Support the Finance team in activities such as:
- bank reconciliation and other balance sheet account reconciliation
- job cost transfer
- assist in month-end closing activities
Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements
- Diploma in Business Studies/Accounting or equivalent with 2-3 years relevant experience
- Those with no experience would also be considered
- Experience with SAP system will be an added advantage
- Highly energetic, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of MS Excel
- Willing to work in West of Singapore.
