Role Summary/Purpose

Manage Daily production planning activities by preparing and updating production schedules to ensure On Time Delivery (OTD) to customers Partner across functions to ensure any defect, shortage or delay is known, escalated and resolved by the responsible department.

Plan and coordinate the flow of material from receipt through shipment to achieve contractual on time delivery and turn around time
 Vevőszolgálattól esetleg közvetlenül a vevőtől érkező igények beillesztése a napi-heti tervekbe, valamint hatékony folyamatos kommunikáció a vevői megrendelések állapotáról a vevőszolgálat felé.
Include Customer Support or direct customer request into the daily and weekly production plan as well as sustain effective communication towards customer support on status of customer requests.
 Kiszállítás tervezése, jelzése a raktár-, ügyfélszolgálat felé, SAP rendszerben való megjelölés mindenkori pontos dátum megadásával (SSD – Tervezett Kiszállítási Dátum).
Provide shipping plan through accurate scheduled ship date (SSD) in SAP
 Biztosítja, hogy a termelés összhangban legyen a termelési tervel es merőszámokkal.
Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
 Tudjon együttdolgozni üzletági vezetőkkel SPB es EB szinteken gyáron belül, illetve kívül.
Work together with business leadership at SPB and EB level internally and externally.
 Felelős a kotelező oktatások elvégzéséért, felelős a vállalati környezet- egészség és munkavédelmi előírások maradéktalan betartásáért.
Responsible for active participation on mandatory trainings and to follow EHS rules and warn others to follow the rules, immediately report the incidents and near misses to the direct reports and EHS department

Qualifications/Requirements

B Kommunikációs szintű angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban egyaránt.
Good communication level of spoken and written English
 Kiváló szervezési-, tervezési és priorizálási képesség
Excellent organisation, planning and prioritization skills
 Képesség önálló munkavégzésre
Ability to work independently
 Csapatjátékos hozzáállás

 Rugalmasság
Flexibility
 Magas szintű számítógépes ismerettel rendelkezik (SAP, Windows, MS Office)
Proficiency in SAP, Windows and MS Office tools.
Desired Characteristics

 Gazdasági, Műszaki Egyetemi vagy Főiskolai végzettség.
Business or Technical University or College degree
 Tapasztalat alkatrész-javítási területen
Experience in component repair operations
 Több éves tervezési / raktárkészlet-ellenőrzési tapasztalat előnyt jelent
Strong planning / inventory control background is an advantage
