Role Summary/Purpose

Provide leadership, planning and technical support for the introduction of new products and technology. Initiate efforts to improve product and process quality. Establish budgets and plans that ensure all customer and program commitments are met in a timely, quality and cost conscious manner. Work with leadership team to improve operational system capabilities and efficiencies. Interface with global counter-parts to achieve program goals and integrate global activities.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Plan and implement operations strategy for new product introduction

·  Create and execute design transfer plans and reports for ECR/ECO

·  Generate and release product data in the engineering database

·  Create and maintain product licensing models in the entitlement system

·  Ensure operational readiness at product launch

·  Champion GE product end of sale activities aligned with supplier EOL

·  Maintain full regulatory compliance with FDA, ISO and other legal requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

·  Bachelor degree in a technical field (i.e., Engineering, Computer Science)

·  Minimum of 3 years work experience in a highly regulated industry with an understanding of all aspects of operational systems and processes

Eligibility Requirements:

·  Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. GE may agree to sponsor an individual for an employment visa now or in the future if there is a shortage of individuals with particular skills.
Desired Characteristics

·  Demonstrated experience with product change control systems, product development methodologies, and basic statistical analysis tools

·  Ability to deal with high levels of ambiguity and responsibility for multiple projects simultaneously

·  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of our business in an easy to understand manner

·  Ability to identify and implement best practices

·  Experience with software licensing models

·  Working knowledge of license and entitlement management systems

·  Software development experience in a regulated industry

·  International experience in one or more of GEHC Regions

·  Regulatory/Compliance experience
