Healthcare Integrated Supply Chain
The Microbiology Technician shall be responsible for performing and reporting of routine tests in the Microbiology Laboratory according to the specification and directions of the Micro Lab Manager/Microbiology Shift Supervisor.
Perform all the microbiology sampling and analysis of utilities, raw materials, in-process samples, semi-finished/finished products and environmental monitoring.
Inform the Microbiology Shift Supervisor/relative responsible person timely about the stock of laboratory consumables and order laboratory consumables after confirmation.
Be responsible for maintenance, calibration and upgrading of existing instruments and equipments.
Keep instrument logbooks.
Keep journals and files of raw data and write test reports to be approved by the Micro Lab Manager/Microbiology Shift Supervisor.
Ensure that all assigned tasks are finished in time.
Accurately follow the current SOPs and analytical methods.
Follow up own training program.
Fully trained and competent in cGMP requirements that are applicable to Microbiology Laboratory.
Assist Micro Lab Manager/Microbiology Shift Supervisor to ensure that all documents in Microbiology Laboratory are current, accurate and comply with cGMP.
Ensure that corporate and local EHS procedures are followed.
Relevant college (minimum 3 years)/technical secondary school degree is essential.
Knowledge of GMP and cGLP are desirable.
Experience of aseptic technique is desirable.
Knowledge of computer and English is desirable.
