Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for all aspects of order fulfillment and production control for the assigned line/area. Responsibility is for managing the area from order entry through shipment to the customer.
Essential Responsibilities

Production line ownership from order to remittance • Investigate new orders for materials, capacity, configuration errors, and any other potential problems • Schedule build plan for production lines/assigned area • Prioritize daily production launches, testing, and shipments and communicate with clear visibility to all stakeholders • Monitor and track open order status through production, shipping, and delivery • Maintain backlog statistics reports • Daily communication w/poles for order escalations • Manage SCOT performance for the assigned line, including identifying potential defects and scheduling actions for improvement to ensure timely resolution and improve on-time shipment performance as well as reporting on SCOT performance to the site and global fulfillment team

Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position 2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines 3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required 4. Knowledge and understanding of production process Work Instructions 5. Develop and maintain SOPs and Work Instructions within assigned line/area
Qualifications/Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Materials or Supply Chain
Management (or related field) plus a minimum of 2 years’ experience in distribution/operations/supply chain or order management (Or High School Diploma plus 6 years’ experience in distribution/operations/supply chain or order management) 2. Experience working in a cross functional, highly matrixed environment 3. Experience working with and effectively building rapport at all levels within an organization. 4. Proven experience with influencing others without a direct supervisory relationship 5. Ability to communicate using English
Desired Characteristics

1. Masters in Logistics, Materials or Supply Chain Management 2. Oracle order management experience 3. Proven ability to execute, multi- task and deliver on commitments. 4. BB/MBB experience 5. Six Sigma trained with demonstrated ability to apply tools and process rigor 6. OMLP graduate
