Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business. Entry level professional positions; includes some team leader positions. Requires good understanding of work routines and procedures. Limited independence in problem solving and decision making.
Essential Responsibilities

·  - Key costing analysis regarding sales, margin, direct materials, job cost. Deliver the reports to function leaders and support the monthly review. 
·  - Financial plan and analysis for indirect cost, communicate with cost owners and follow up issues with counterparts.
·  - Analyze data for reasonableness & review variances by considering sources, current business activities and historical trends prior to releasing information to business stakeholders.
·  - Comply with company policy and process including but not limit in compliance, quality, production, EHS, HR & Admin, lean, etc. 

·  - Other reasonable tasks assigned by organizational or functional supervisor(s).
Qualifications/Requirements

·  - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Finance).
Desired Characteristics

·  - Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration and with minimum 2 years work experiences related to financial analysis.
