Manufacturing Manager

We make real what matters

·  In this role you will be responsible for entire manufacturing activities including Testing, Quality Control for MV AIS/GIS/LP Retrofit, Revamp & Spares.
·  Finalizing Monthly, Quarterly Turnover plan in line with contractual delivery requirement.
·  Schedule dispatches in line with Central Logistics Team. Ensure availability of necessary resources to meet daily dispatch schedule.
·  Develop in-house capability for VCB Manufacturing & Complete testing setup with latest equipment, methods, calibrations, asset registration etc.
·  Follow up with execution team for on time release of requirements. Schedule Long lead deliveries Etc.
·  Coordinate changes with internal teams. Monitor various order milestones for smooth and timely completion of the order as per contractual requirement.
·  Monitoring of Purchase Order Status / manufacturing update at supplier end and progress of Post Order Documentation.
·  Monitor and follow-up on vendor activities, highlight potential delays. To ensure that corrective actions

What you need to make real what matters

·  You should have minimum 8 to 10 years experience with 2-5 years of relevant experience in Service / Operations.
·  You should have clear written and oral communication skills and an ability for public speaking along with good knowledge of SAP
·  You should have basic proficiency in Medium & Low Voltage products / Systems / Retrofit and familiar with Manufacturing Processes/Material Standards, measuring and test equipment
·  Good communication skills & Customer orientation
