Role Summary/Purpose

Baker Hughes, a GE company, is seeking a Customer Care Representative for M&S Products in Korea, especially focus on Pressure OEM customers and Flow customers. Under limited supervision the customer Care Representative will provide order administration/invoicing support for M&S Products. Responsible for providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, aligned with Business and Departmental objectives.
Essential Responsibilities

- Process customer orders, change orders, quotes, equipment requests, return orders, credits and debit memos following established guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure documentation meets legal compliance and customer requirements.
- Check with the plant about the price if there’s no item in the List Price Book.
- Check with the plant about the lead time and best delivery time.
- Book an order - Forward the purchase order to the plant for booking the order.
- Provide the customers with an order confirmation and check the delivery date for each order.
- Communicate between the plant and the customer to improve the date if the order is delayed.
- Communicate between the plant and the customer with regards to the documents (PO, SOA, Customs invoice, Packing List, Payment invoice and the LOC) to process the shipment and the customs clearance.
- Ask the plant to issue a RMA number when the incorrect items have been shipped and there were items missing in shipment, and manage it until the correct items are delivered.
- Check and support all the service/repair orders instead of the channel partner if needed.
- Communicate between the customer, finance and AR team to check the payment schedule and to resolve the payment issues if there are any issues and ask the finance manager to re-age the invoice.
- Check with FP&A whether revenue recognition is completed correctly or not.
- Work closely with clients and global teams to satisfy local clients’ requirements and expectations.
- Work closely with Sales Group to ensure customer billing requirements are met.
- Responsible for maintaining data integrity current in the system.
Qualifications/Requirements

- Knowledge and understanding of contracts, pricing, and quotations policies and procedures.
- 3 +years of experience in Customer Service and Order process cycle experience.
- Experience includes working knowledge with SAP.
- MS Office applications which includes Word, Excel and Access.
- Excellent communications, problem solving and interpersonal skills are required.
- Highly motivated team-player.
- Knowledge/experience with the industry, knowledge of M&S products preferred.
- Ability to drive improvements in efficiency.
- English skills in both written communication and verbal communication.
- Business with Channel Partners.
