Role Summary/Purpose

The Local Logistics Intern provides support and assistance to work group in order to meet assigned objectives, process improvement and problem solving, development of a digital platform (24/7) to automate local logistics processes.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Implementation for lean/digital projects (development for a digital platform to automate Local Logistics Processes)
·  Control and Implement quality procedures to ensure the Local Logistics area will attend internal procedures and the ISO 9001 requirements
·  Support on contracts & billing processes for Local Logistics vendors
·  Work on different projects depending area of expertise.
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Undergraduate (Bachelor's degree) 5th to 8th Semester of Systems engineer bachelor degree
·  Proficient in English
·  30 hrs/week working availability
·  Excellent analytical skills
·  Proficient skills in PC, Microsoft Office, Excel, Access
·  Initiative/ Proactivity
·  Strong analytical, organization and presentation skills
·  Strategic thinker: Proven problem solving skills
·  Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges
·  Strong communication (verbal/written), interpersonal and leadership skills.
