Role Summary/Purpose

This individual will be a member of a team that is developing and implementing an overall strategy for mitigating insider threat risks to the business. This individual will work with a cross functional team whose core members are comprised of cyber, compliance, security and HR professionals. This individual will take the lead on a portion of the investigations identified by this group, bring them to closure and lead any mitigation efforts that may result.

Essential Responsibilities

This individual will work with the Insider Threat Task Force to:

·  Help conduct investigations of potential compliance violations; focusing on IP loss

·  Organize documents and case files

·  Maintain and update case management tracking system

·  Assist and leads interviews with persons of interest

·  Maintain an understanding of relevant industry events in regards to sophisticated IP loss

·  Identify business gaps and spearhead their remediation.

Qualifications/Requirements

·  BS in Engineering, Communications, Policy, or related fields.

·  Available for a 19-hour/week part-time co-op or summer internship for 6-12 months.

·  Must have a minimum of 3.0 GPA (without rounding)

·  Attending a full time matriculated and nationally accredited baccalaureate or graduate program

·  Completed one full year at an accredited college or university
