Essential Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities
• Take lead of identify improve opportunities, initiate and execute CI projects at internal and supplier sites through lean sixsigma tools, root cause analysis and PM tools, CI projects included OTD, Quality, Cost-Out, Cycle time and Capacity, etc.
• Communicates regularly across supply chain functions & presents to EB+ leadership on key issues, value-add and maturation of suppliers/organization/processes
• Metrics accuracy: accuracy of capacity analyses versus performance, on-time delivery, defects per unit, premium transportation, qualification timeliness, ramp cycle, productivity/cost-out
• Use well-developed analytical skills to provide clarity to complex issues, and synthesize large amounts of information
• Deliver Lean/sixsigma training to internal employee and external suppliers, Provide support, assistance, coaching and mentoring to Six Sigma Green Belts in their process improvement projects, sharing expertise to ensure successful project implementation
Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college at least 5 years of experience in Global Supply Chain, Sourcing or Quality Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in lean/Sixsigma
