Role Summary/Purpose

The Lead Sales Specialist - Sales Operations will develop practical and innovative ways to identify and meet the business objective while satisfying the customer requirements. The Lead Sales Specialist will possess intimate knowledge of our products and their use in the field. You will also be required to provide a conduit between the customer & our branch operations
Essential Responsibilities

In the role of Lead Sales Specialist - Sales Operations, you will:

·  Be responsible for the effective and profitable conduct of the sales and service function of assigned territory

·  Be responsible for maintaining existing accounts & growth of new accounts

·  Work with current customers and prospects to meet desired sales and service needs

·  Define entitlement and identify areas to penetrate and grow profitability

·  Interface with the Engineering organization to drive high value solutions leveraging the GE portfolio

·  Serve as an intermediary for solutions detailed understanding of customer’s business model and how GE’s products and services develop and deliver added value to the customer

·  Build customer relationships and communication at all levels

·  Matrix with existing functional and P&L teams to achieve growth objectives

·  Actively participate in community events with the customer

·  Utilize Six Sigma tools and methodologies to drive improvements in key processes for the customer
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (OR High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales including minimum 2 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry)

·  Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales

·  Minimum 2 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry

·  Frac and wellhead experience

·  Ability to structure, price, negotiate and close deals

·  Aptitude to succeed in a technical and relationship driven business

·  Ability to work independently

·  Strong troubleshooting skills

·  Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills
