Role Summary/Purpose

Customer facing staff responsible for winning business.
Essential Responsibilities

In the role of Lead Sales Specialist - Account Sales, you will:

·  Be responsible for the customer in all aspects of account growth including strategy development, integrated account planning, opportunity identification, and value communication

·  Be responsible for the effective and profitable sales in an assigned territory, working with regional manager to determine market pricing and solutions to win business

·  Lead in the growth of new accounts in the region

·  Be responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects within a geographic area, working with BHGE Team to develop internal action plans to meet customer’s requirements and show value with using the entire BHGE portfolio. Serve as an intermediary for solutions by understanding the customer’s business model and how BHGE’s products and services can deliver added value to the customer.

·  Be technical advisor for BHGE RLS products for customers in the region to provide solutions for their artificial lift challenges

·  Be responsible for working with the regional sales manager to establish a forecast for products and services in the region and maintaining that forecast as market conditions change

·  Matrix with existing functional and P&L teams to achieve growth objectives

·  Actively participate in community events with the customer
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (OR High School Diploma / GED with with a minimum 7 years of experience in Sales)

·  Minimum 3 years oilfield industry and/or sales experience
