Role Summary/Purpose
The Lead Sales Operations Specialist for Pressure Control Field Sales leads projects and initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the business or is a recognized expert in a specialized field. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the order plan objective, from order pacing and QMI rhythm to sales digitization. You will own and manage the Salesforce.com platform.
Essential Responsibilities
In the role of Lead Sales Operations Specialist - PC Field Sales you will:
· Manage sales QMI, including deal pacing and risk and opportunity tracking
· Own and manage salesforce.com Platform, including leading critical initiative to drive improvements to salesforce.com for the business
· Improve and manage the Orders Booking Platform (OBP)
· Lead P&L sales operating rhythm
· Lead cross-region sales input to the 3-year strategic plan, providing region and product specific commercial insights
· Ensure continuous and effective market knowledge sharing with the front line of the business to provide the leadership team, including the VP, with market insights, to inform strategy and advise direction
· Support leadership reviews, commercial reviews, blueprint planning, etc. as necessary
· Develop tools and processes to drive simplification and accountability across the organization
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or college (OR High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution with minimum 7 years of experience in Commercial in the Oil & Gas industry)
· Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial in the Oil & Gas industry
