Role Summary/Purpose

This is a Product Manager position with the Centricity Enterprise Financial Management (EFM) product management team. We develop software that manages the day-to-day operations and account receivable of mid-large size physician offices, specialty billing services and mid-large enterprise organizations. We’re one of several product families within the Value Based Care portfolio of GE Healthcare Digital.
Essential Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you’ll be part of the EFM product management team responsible for software application solutions for our revenue cycle customers. Your primary responsibility is to work with other Product Managers and subject matter experts in the EFM product suite to identify product area that require third party integrations. You will be responsible for evaluating the market offerings and helping to select the best fitting solution. You will also evaluate and manage the testing of solutions to enhance and add new functionality for the Centricity Enterprise Financial Management portfolio of products via the third-party partner program.

In this role you will:

·  Exploring partner opportunities using your in-depth knowledge of patient access, patient accounting and revenue cycle workflows, for ambulatory and inpatient practice sectors.

·  Researching market and competitive profiles of potential partners in the healthcare market space.

·  Working with product lines to understand where partnerships are advantageous to the product offering.

·  Collaborate with customers, deployment, and services to test and verify functionality and integration of partnership offerings.

·  Collaborate with the EFM product managers to define product roadmap and program scope definition.

·  Collaborate on system design and effort estimation for product integrations.

·  Create detailed product use cases to cover integration of solutions.

·  Run effective voice of customer sessions and product demonstrations at user’s conferences, customer webinars, and user forums.

·  Provide consultation and troubleshooting support to service and deployment teams.

·  Provide consultation with RFP team.

·  Communicate and assist internal and external team members whenever possible.

·  Work with 3rd party vendors in developing product solutions.

·  Follow existing GE development methodologies and protocols.
Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s Degree in “STEAM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and/or Math) AND a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in relevant software development area OR Master’s degree with 1 year of experience in relevant software development area OR High School and 7 years of experience in relevant software development area.

Eligibility Requirements:

·  Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job

·  Must be willing to travel a minimum of 20%

·  Must be willing to work out of an office located in Seattle, WA
