Role Summary/Purpose

Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.
Essential Responsibilities

⁻ Analyze, monitor inventory, find improvement points to meet company inventory reduction target.
⁻ Drive, push and coordinate functions to take actions, short-term data clean, take lead to improve process cross functions to improve inventory.
⁻ Take lead regular inventory control meeting, and tracking actions to be implemented.
⁻ Accomplish relevant reports on time and quality as required.
⁻ Continuous improvement on daily work and process.
⁻ Support the work of the manager.
⁻ Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Qualifications/Requirements

⁻ Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
⁻ More than 3 years’ experience on manufacturing planning.
⁻ Familiar with Hydro product knowledge is preferred.
⁻ Skilled in Microsoft office ware such as MS. Excel, MS. Power Point, and MS. Project, etc.
⁻ Written English is mandatory, Good oral English is preferred.
⁻ SAP Knowledge is preferred.
⁻ Good coordination and communication ability.
⁻ Good capability on statistic and analysis
⁻ Logic thinking and strategic view.
