Role Summary/Purpose

The Junior Project Manager of Installation will own the project management of GEHC Diagnostic Imaging equipment installs, delivering and executing the project on behalf of the customer. They will act as the primary liaison between GE and the customer project teams achieving customer satisfaction through project planning, support of pre-install activities, regular communication & updates on key dates and successful closure of all install related activities before handover to the customer.
Essential Responsibilities

Execution and implementation of managed projects in cooperation with the Project Manager of Installation (PMI) including:

·  Identification of GE and customer responsibilities and deliverables as defined in the sales contract
·  Providing GE Healthcare leadership during site preparation
·  Delivering high quality site planning documents and drawings to customers; selecting equipment cables and options in a timely manner
·  Coordination of GE and contract resources in the execution of GE responsibilities
·  Creation of project implementation timeline with collaboration between customer, GE, and contract resources
·  Regular tracking and communication of implementation progress
·  Tracking of equipment delivery, installation, and testing 
·  Tracking and assignment of project deliverables with owners and timing for completion
·  Providing regular communications including project kick-off, regular status updates, and project closure including customer site visits
·  Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and local regulations
·  Maintaining accurate project milestone dates creating visible and predictable data for key business metrics and revenue forecasting
·  Identification, escalation and resolution of issues which might affect customer satisfaction and GE operational targets
·  Participation in process improvement initiatives
Quality Specific Goals:

·  Be aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
·  Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.
·  Complete all planned Compliance (Quality, EHS, etc) training within the defined deadlines
·  Identify and report all customer or personal compliance concerns immediately to the appropriate organization
·  Ensure accurate and timely creation, maintenance, and submission of required project documentation
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Good technical understanding/knowledge is required
·  Ability to work independently managing multiple projects and competing priorities to meet scheduled completion dates and customer expectations
·  Ability to work with and communicate with diverse work partners internal and external to GE and our customers

·  Fluent in Danish & English
·  Travel within Denmark required
·  Training outside of Denmark (Europe/US) must be foreseen
