Role Summary/Purpose

We are looking for someone passionate about Recruiting to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Turin!
In this role you’ll support the team looking for the most talented and diverse candidates and you’ll learn how to guide them during the whole hiring process, to assess them based on their competences, skills and potential. You’ll discover more about sourcing strategies development, job fairs organization, and employer branding initiative.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Support recruitment activities such as: posting, contact with candidates, pre-screening, phone interviews and assessment centers

·  Identify innovative recruitment tools for strategic and recurrent openings

·  Support university partnerships and the internship process in Italy

·  Contribute to develop a sourcing and identification model, leverage the use of databases/information systems/sourcing methods

·  Organize and support special recruitment initiatives
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Master Degree in Economics, Psychology, Political Science

·  Fluent both in English and Italian

·  Special interest for internet tools, WEB 2.0 information systems, databases, and Human Being!

·  Curious and creative, proven interpersonal skills, good communication skills (oral and written), negotiation abilities

·  Able to multitask and support Recruiters on a large number of recruitment projects at the same time

·  Team Player in a dynamic, energetic and positive environment

·  EU Work Permit

Desired Characteristics

·  HR related major

·  Knowledge of any additional European language is a plus
