Role Summary/Purpose

A Human Resources Intern, under the supervision of the local GO HR Mgr, will help to managers and employees on HR documentation processes & GDPR compliance . We are looking for a University student
with interest in HR area who wants to develop his/her career in a world class
organization. Preferred candidate will be involved in most of the projects and will have the opportunity of professionally growing.
Essential Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to local HRM, managers and employees on HR documentation processes,
systems and policies and GDPR compliance
• Data clean up into relevant data management systems
• Accurate maintenance of employee files & GDPR compliance
• Interaction with the different HR Centre of Excellence in the Region
Qualifications/Requirements

• Pursing a Bachelor’s Degree or vocational training superior grade in Human ResourcesLabor Relations; document management;
• Familiar with labor
contracts regulations, and / or GDPR
• Proficiency in office skills including PC skills, Microsoft products knowledge (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook), and the ability to operate standard office equipment
Strong comfort with technology and social media tools
• Good time management and planning skills
• Strong written and verbal communications skills in English and Spanish
• Willingness to learn and participate in the daily operations of human resources
• Ability to learn new concepts, tools and processes
• Fluent in English
• EU Work Permit
• Non-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to
be able to be contracted in country: NIE- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and
Bank Account in Spain. They must be in possession of them at the time of start hiring. GE will not
sponsor this requirement.
