Role Summary/Purpose
You will be participating in a start up of one of the fastest growing Centers servicing clients throughout Europe. In this 6-12 months internship assignment
your main focus will be providing support for the HR Manager – Global Growth & Operations Hungary on various HR tasks in a truly international environment.
Essential Responsibilities
Among all HR areas the HR intern is mainly going to work on the following tasks:
· Providing assistance in employee life-cycle event administration and questions
· Manage posting jobs and onboarding of new employees
· Work with HR operations team to have updated employee data with regular quality checks
· Support HR administration tasks, manage contract and organizational changes
· Support off-boarding processes
· Contribute to preparing policies and procedures
· Tracking recruitment process and updating systems
· Organize trainings
The role will provide a great opportunity for:
· Learning about GE and its people management culture
· Working with many people from different levels of the organization
· Owning and driving tasks independently
Qualifications/Requirements
· Able to work at least 32-40 hours/week
· Ongoing College/University studies or just finished College/University on Economics / Psychology / HR
· Fluency in both written and spoken English and Hungarian
· Fast learning skills
· Great communication and relationship building skills
· Independence and self-confidence
· Strong computer skills
· Successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary
Desired Characteristics
· Previous work experience as HR Intern is preferred
· Interest in HR profession on the long term is an advantage
