Role Summary/Purpose

The Global Health Services Coordinator has responsibility for supporting Global Health Services related programs to ensure employees are healthy, safe and in compliance for their work assignments. The position reports directly to the Occupational Health Services Program leader in the Health, Safety & Environment function.
Essential Responsibilities

In the role of Health Services Coordinator, you will:

·  Operational and transactional assistance with the administration and maintenance of BHGE Health Program processes and procedures

·  Assist with auditing the quality of medical certificates from treating providers to ensure all documentation is received, accurate and maintained in the Program system

·  Support, as requested in third party administrator (TPA) supplier management to ensure smooth process integration between BHGE and TPA’s

·  Assist in the oversight of Health Services Program e-tools to ensure they are meeting the standard/ day-to-day functional needs

·  Manage Customer service support Program inquiries – triage, escalate, when needed for guidance, generate response to the customer

·  Organize and update medical protocols as needed to meet Program needs

·  Medical and business data privacy - responsible for assuring that clinical records/data are managed in accordance with business and prevailing regulatory requirements

·  Dispersed employee medical testing management

·  Assist in policy and procedure development, training and auditing support
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

·  Minimum 3 years of operational experience in an Occupational Health, Health / Safety / Environment and/or Human Resources setting

·  Knowledge of OSHA Standards and Regulations regarding medical surveillance monitoring preferred
