Role Summary/Purpose

The Fleet Program Manager and Prompt Response Leader will manage all elements of delivering on commitments for fleet reliability and availability as well as specific contractual obligations for our customer leading the team of service engineers.
Essential Responsibilities

• Develop service launch plan and support execution of plan for service operations associated with new fleets. Work with GLO Program Management team to coordinate engineering field tests, materials ordering/delivery and commissioning.
• Support and perform quality inspections of new units during commercial tests
• Plan, schedule and execute warranty administration and field modification programs with Technical Advisors
• Manage internal and customer communication regarding program status, warranty, and issue investigation
• Primary liaison with engineering for issue resolution. Maintain tracking systems (Issue Track and other systems) and develop program execution plans to meet internal targets for assigned fleets and customers.
• Network with engineering, fleet management, commercial and program management teams to identify solutions to reliability and contractual issues. Drive improvements to existing fleets back to engineering and manufacturing.
• Organize, plan, and implement detailed work scopes with schedules and planned expenditures for maintenance and overhaul programs
• Support material logistics for warranty and scheduled materials
• Develop, implement, and maintain operating plans for each assigned program or customer
• Provide direction and leadership to drive for process improvements across all functions involved in delivery of service to the customer
• Assure periodic program reviews are conducted with customer(s)
• Take a leadership role in the definition of elements and recommendations supporting the overall best interest of both the customer and the company

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum 8 Years industry experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 2 years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or leadership role (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 5 years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing, services, or leadership role)
