Role Summary/Purpose

As an Intern within the Central Audit Team, you will be an integral part of our Global Operations Centre in Budapest, to support the Statutory Audit process and centralization for over 500 legal entities operated by GE affiliates in Europe.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Support the implementation and the operation of the central audit process while onboarding new audit activity from the ongoing finance migrations to the Center

·  Support the coordination of the statutory audit landscape by country, legal entity and process

·  Assist to ensure high quality standards are being applied on the Stat Audits: ensure process or quality issues are escalated timely through the appropriate channels

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar BA/MA

·  25 -40 hours/week working

·  Written and verbal fluency in English

·  Strong organizational skills

·  Good project management skills

·  Excellent communication

·  Strong analytical skills

·  Flexible approach with a strong team spirit
