Role Summary/Purpose

As a Sourcing Finance Analyst you will be responsible for indirect spend planning, pacing and reporting. Indirect spend is ~$200M of spend across ~40 Legal entities all around the world within Distributed Power. 

Essential Responsibilities

It includes the following types of spend: Tools & Supplies, PPE Maintenance, IT Maintenance, Contracted Labor, Contracted Services, Employee education, T&L, Company cars, etc.,
You will be expected to drive the digital transformation of indirect spend reports into Tableau Dashboards. In addition to the reporting you will be interacting with Indirect Sourcing leader to enable strategic decision making with full set of financial data and analytics. You will be interacting with buyers, commodity leaders, functional teams and Global Operations organization to ensure pro-active issue identification, subsequent escalation to operational teams and timely resolution.

·  Own key reports for Indirect Spend (Actuals, Plan, versus Plan, PY actuals, VPY) by business
·  Maintain integrity of data being reported and optimize aspect of report creation
·  Digitize, leveraging Tableau and other tools, the reporting of data and key metrics
·  Assist suppliers and operational teams with AP matters
·  Own the issue resolution process; interact with Global Operations team
·  Support FP&A on Indirect spend related data requests for planning/pacing/reporting

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·  Demonstrated effective organization skills and attention to detail
·  Advanced level in Excel and overall strong aptitude in ERP systems
·  Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
