Role Summary/Purpose

To provide services in the assigned territory to meet the customer expectation on Life Sciences equipment.
Essential Responsibilities

* Maintain high customer satisfaction in the target areas for the specific products of Life Science equipment
* Manage territory service activity and ensure the quality to meet company measurements and business target
* Drive market penetration for the specific products of LS equipment in target areas
* Provide high level technical support to customers including installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and necessary training
* Coach and help new team members to improve their service capabilities
Qualifications/Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or above, majored in Biomedical engineering, Computer, Electronic, Automation, etc
* 2-3 year or above working experience (Life Science application and equipment svc related preferred)
* English proficiency
* High integrity & discipline
* Excellent communication & presentation skill, strong interpersonal skill
