Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with customer representatives, ensuring Customer Satisfaction, and maintaining all equipment models specific to a modality or modalities in the assigned area.
Essential Responsibilities

1. Field service support on products including Diagnostic Cardiology, Monitoring Solutions, Life Support Solutions, and Maternal Infant Care.
2. Perform preventive maintenance as per service manual checklist
3. Perform total system level trouble-shooting on complex multi-symptom problems.
4. Attend breakdown calls and perform repairs and troubleshooting independently.
5. Maintain daily interface with doctors and technicians on equipment status issues, to ensure satisfaction of primary customers.
6. Drive customer satisfaction via account ownership in Singapore hospitals and clinics
7. Build rapport and foster strong relationships and partnership with customers via technical discussions and consistent follow-ups
8. Assist in Account Sales visits, help train others where necessary, and identify Sales opportunities and communicate them to account team.
9. Assist in the growth and direction of business in geographic area.
10. Responsible for Warranty and PMS contract cost control.
11. Responsibly complete all administration tasks on time (e.g., ensure timely completion of FMI’s and PMS inspections documentation for assigned accounts).
12. Lead and execute installations and commissioning of new equipment
13. Play a leading role in complex and multifunctional rooms.
14. Share best practices.
15. Maintain effective quality systems and programs compliant with ISO 9001 standard, according to the GE Service Quality Policy Statement.
16. Strict quality and compliance standard required; Diligent practice and documentation meeting service QA and EHS standard
Qualifications/Requirements

•Diploma Qualified to Degree level or equivalent. Minimum Diploma holder, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, BioMedical Engineering or equivalent
•Technical analytical skills. 2-4 years Field Services experience.
•Experience in CT, MRI, X-ray, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound is a plus.
•Comprehensive knowledge of a specific modality or multi-modalities. Sought by others for guidance and advice.
•Profiency in English and local language.
•Ability to work independently with minimum direction.
•High work standards and quality.
•Initiative and motivation.
•Plans and organizes work effectively.
•Excellent communications, listening and interpersonal skills.
•Strong Customer skills; deals tactfully and effectively with differences of opinion, influences rather than directs.
