Role Summary/Purpose

Ein dynamisches CCPP Modell erfüllt vielfältige Aufgaben im gesamten Prozess von Verkauf über Inbetriebnahme bis Betrieb eines Kombikraftwerks, siehe Kasten rechts. Das Zweiphasen-Strömungssimulationsprogramm Apros ist dabei das Tool unserer Wahl bei GE Switzerland.

Essential Responsibilities

Das Simulation Assisted Engineering (SAE) Dutzende dieser Aufträge pro Jahr begleitend unterstützt, ist es unser Ziel, eine sogenanntes Basismodell zu entwickeln, dass standardmäßig den Prozess sowie die Regelung für möglichst viele verschiedene Kraftwerksvariationen enthält und aktivieren kann. 

Aufgabenstellung

Entwicklung des Basismodels in Apros. Diese Masterarbeit vermittelt neben thermodynamischen und regelungstechnischen auch das kooperative Aufsetzen eines standardisierten Entwicklungsprozesses. 
Das Modell wird in enger Kooperation mit unserem Team entwickelt, das die notwendigen zu integrierenden Modelle und Regelungseinheiten bereitstellt. Deine Aufgaben wären:
·  Einarbeitung in die CCPP Simulation und Regelungstechnik bei SAE
·  Erstellen eines Basismodells in Apros Team Server 
·  Transferieren eines Apros 5.10 BGR Modells in Apros 6.09
·  Modularisierung der Modelleinheiten 
·  (Programmieren der Anpassung des Basismodels in SCL)
·  Definieren eines Weiterentwicklungsprozesses des Basismodells
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Maschinenbaustudium oder Ähnliches; oder
äquivalente Erfahrungen / Kenntnisse
·  Thermofluilddynamisches Wissen 
·  Erfahrung mit Apros und mit GE-Apros-Modellen 
·  Selbstständiges Arbeiten 
·  Erfahrung mit CCPP Kraftwerkstechnik
