Role Summary/Purpose

Design and development of PCB boards for Power electronics based products LV/MV Drives
Testing & Certification as Per IEC / UL standards for PCB new release
Essential Responsibilities

Development, debugging & Testing of Embedded Systems.
PCB layout designing & related sub activities based on customer requirement.
Troubleshooting ,RCA for fault PCB boards & fault control circuit boards
EMI/EMC interference free circuit board - Design and Development
Expertise in PCB design tool for multi layer control circuitry.
• Double/multi-layer PCB design
o Schematic entry.
o Net-listing.
o PCB layout designing.
o Prototype designing.
o Design rule check (DRC).
o Gerber file generation.
o Design for manufacturing DFM) etc.
• Different voltage level testing and validation
• Hands on experience on Altium tool
Qualifications/Requirements

Power Electronics & Drives / Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics with 3
+ Yrs
PCB design experience for PE & Micro-controller based multi-layer board design.
Tools Knowledge on PSPICE or equivalent - Simulation tools
To design switching devices and its gate driving circuit.
Knowledge on Analog and Digital combined circuit board design.
Knowledge on Board to board communication issues to build modern/Noise immune PCB
assemblies
Knowledge on handling EMI/EMC interference in PCB design with proper isolation requirements.
May require travel to based on project needs
Desired Characteristics

Exposure on PCB assembly process & Testing.
Exposure to Digital and Linear integrated circuit , signal conditioning circuit design and
development.
Hands on Knowledge on soldering through hole and SMD components
Self Starter -
Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse and matrix environment
