Role Summary/Purpose

Determined contract (10 months). Execution of installation works related to electrical scope, which are to be compliant with the schedule and satisfactory quality, applying C&C tools and processes. Coordination with the Electrical Installation Manager. Field Engineers on all issues affecting the scope of works and interfaces with other works. Implementation EHS policy and site specific EHS plans and provide co-workers with information about hazards, risks and risk mitigation.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Execution of electrical installation works communicated by the electrical Installation Manager, which are to be compliant with the time schedule and within the respective budget and satisfactory quality 
·  Job preparation and pre-checks to ensure all materials are available and all required tools and equipment are available for both subcontracted and Self Performance installation works
·  Review conformity of civil, mechanical, electrical interfaces before installation 
·  Anticipate & organize pre-fabrication in accordance with schedule 
·  Work with site material coordinator to ensure that logistic, boxes inventory follow installation schedule 
·  Order missing or damaged material and follow up material requests 
·  Coordination of access to all areas within the scope of works by subcontractors and others
·  Provide technical issues resolution with GE engineering approval using GE’s reporting system tools and drive action plan at site
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Ensure execution of engineering changes at site 
·  Ensure technical compliance of the installation with the GE specifications, codes, local regulation, directives (PED, ATEX..) 
·  Ensuring the highest quality of workmanship and adherence to the Site Quality Plan by all within- the-discipline subcontractors and/or Self Performance installation works
·  Ensuring that all defined packages are ready for Turnover to Commissioning in accordance with the schedule or earlier priorities with minimum of re-work and punch list item before transfer to commissioning 
·  Take critical measurements with the subcontractor (Generator insulation test, Transformer Hi Pot test, Bus duct Hi pot test, Medium voltage cable test, instrument calibration…) 
·  Prepare system for the pre-commissioning, assist in troubleshooting with the commissioning team 
·  Implementation of the necessary EHS procedures to include preparation of method statements, risk analyses, safety walks, toolbox talks etc
·  Provide to the Electrical Installation Manager all necessary inputs and support to prepare all kind of required reports 
·  Maintaining all records of installation progress 
·  Ensure that all quality records are maintained
·  Ensure the creation of Red Marked Up (as built) documentation  
·  Verify timesheets from subcontractors related to extra works based on time & material (daily basis)
·  Issue end of assignment report and provide feedback on Lessons Learned
