Essential Responsibilities

Responsible for the successful leadership in planning, execution, monitoring and controlling the final delivery of assigned digital solutions or features within a digital ecommerce offering (Hybris) including ERP and Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM). Must design and develop eCommerce capabilities in Hybris and related digital processes for B2B online purchasing. Drive the end-to-end requirements gathering across various global functional and IT teams, manage overall requirements gathering communications, including meeting facilitation and elicitation, weekly status reporting, and project information/documentation management and in some cases actually execute the project management activities. Research and/or strong facilitation required for customer (VOC) and internal functional requirements. Work with business stakeholder and technology teams to estimate and manage project budget. Design business process flows, wireframes (GUI), use cases/scenarios and/or procedures. Leverage these processes to define productivity and business benefits for completion of the business case deliverable. Lead testing including user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation requirements for medical systems (GXP). Required to monitor and drive execution and ensure deliverables are completed, high quality and on time. Support the project and influence the team. Work using Agile Methodology. Creative, innovative and able to work in a highly matrixed, ambiguous environment. Establishing milestones, timelines and reporting on progress. Utilizes goals, scheduling resources and time management as well as tools (RALLY, JIRA, eNovia, SFDC, MS Office, Visio, Tableau, SPSS, Spotfire). High element of data understanding, analysis and management. Additional duties/responsibilities may be assigned. Implement business solutions with digital ecommerce platform integrating with enterprise ERP and PLM platforms.
Qualifications/Requirements

The primary requirements are a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Business Administration, or related technical fields, and 7 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s degree experience in related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s Degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Business Administration, or related technical fields, and 5 years of experience in a related occupation is acceptable. The position also requires: 5 years of eBusiness/eCommerce experience, or similar digital solution; 3 years as a BA on a CRM like Siebel, ERP like Peoplesoft, Oracle E-Business or B2B or B2C eCommerce equivalent environment; Green Belt Certified in six sigma tools, processes and skills (CAP, RACI, Value Stream Mapping, Fishbone, Change Management); 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst leading/facilitating workouts using lean six sigma or Joint Application Design methodologies; 2 years experience in Agile Development Methodologies, SCRUM framework and tools (RALLY, JIRA, Confluence); 1 year experience defining and delivering a global, multi-language digital solution; and 3 years experience with digital user interface design concepts, practices, and techniques including wireframe.
