Role Summary/Purpose

This role will be part of a mission-based team working to materialize cash analytics into insights and outcomes across all Tier 2 P&Ls. You will work with the business functional experts to define and build a set of analytics enabling us to positively impact cash. You will drive these outcomes through data, systems, processes and people. You will learn new skillsets that allow you to leverage functional expertise to create digital solutions, without the need of coding expertise.

Essential Responsibilities

As the Digital League Cash Optimization Product Analyst, you will:

·  Utilize experience to help drive the vision, strategy and approach to achieving savings and cash flow improvements
·  Test cost out hypotheses to identify real opportunities to drive identified business improvement
·  Identify poor processes and help drive digitization to enable Digital thread for analytic development
·  Collaborate with product owners, analysts and stakeholders to define strategic roadmap for rapid outcome enablement
·  Leverage DataIku, Finance Data Store, Finance Navigator, and SQL software to develop and automate actionable analytics leveraging accounts payable and sourcing data to drive outcomes
·  Partner with the business to drive analytic execution and adoption
·  Establish strong cross-functional relationships to help influence across P&L functions including, but not limited to: Finance, Sourcing, and DT
·  Act as a techno-functional change agent to implement process and organizational changes.
·  Craft strategy for future analytics and future expansion of digital league
·  Leverage the SCRUM framework to: deliver high-impact MVPs, participate in SCRUM ceremonies, and create SCRUM artifacts.
·  Evangelize outcome-based / Digital League approaches, mentoring business and DT teams on techno-functional transformation strategies to maximize business impact
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or STEM related degree
·  Minimum of 5 years of experience with project management, program management, or data analysis.
·  Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting cash related activities; ie accounts payable, accounts receivable, B2P shared service operations, etc.
