Role Summary/Purpose

We’re looking for a candidate for the CIT (Corporate Income Tax) team who can support us with our daily tasks. During the internship we’ll aim to involve the candidate into the CIT related activities and provide a broad picture of the team’s responsibilities.
Essential Responsibilities

The candidate will support the CIT team members in the following tasks:

·  Preparation of reports from different tools, follow ups based on the completion %

·  Monthly and quarterly preparation of account reconciliations for the whole range of Corporate income tax accounts

·  Coordination of raising issues through work flows (specific tool developed for collecting data) during the Q reconciliation cycle

·  Preparation of RTA (Return to accrual for US GAAP) based on FAS 109 for simple ledgers (training will be provided)

·  Withholding tax pre work necessary for filing the data (training will be provided)

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar BA/MA

·  Knowledge of basic accounting principles (PnL, Balance Sheet, Subledger VS GL, Accruals, Debits/Credits, Monthly closure)

·  Good analytical skills

·  Advanced excel user - especially the use of pivot tables & look up functionality

·  English knowledge

·  Good communication and influencing skills;

·  Open personality with a proactive approach to adopt changes

·  Availability to work 25-40 hours/week
