Role Summary/Purpose

The Commercial Operations Intern, GE Oil & Gas Digital Solutions will be responsible for the contract management in the Inquiry to Order (ITO) process within his/her scope and will be responsible for pulling all necessary resources and information in order to deliver commercial solutions for our customers.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Contract drafts preparation (including all amendments) in accordance with company Policies
·  Harmonization of contract T&Cs between Finance, Legal, product leadership, OTR and other involved parties. Contract negotiations
·  Contract risk management and mitigation. Ensure associated risk check lists are completed and approved for all deals
·  Contracts signature process monitoring. Contracts originals signing & mailing
·  Communication with Customers for contract preparation & signing
·  Providing all necessary documents and approvals for order placement to OTR
·  Preparation and sending documents for End-users screening
·  Support of the ITO commercial process
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Engineering discipline
·  Fluent in written & spoken English and Russian
·  Availability to work 25-40 hours/week
·  Proficiency in MS Office
·  Strong statistical, analytical and problem-solving skills

·  High level of customer care skills. Ability to structure deals to support customers, mitigate risks, and deal effectively with diverse customers
·  Solid organization and multi-task capability with minimum of supervision in a dynamic environment
