Role Summary/Purpose

Commercial Finance Analyst will provide operational/financial support for HCS Equipment business, especially CCS (Ultrasound and LCS) business in GE Healthcare Korea. He/she will mainly focus on preparing, analyzing financial data for Quarter closing, P&L forecasting and KPIs like bowler metric, pacing management and drive simplification for FP&A tasks through further digitization. Commercial finance analyst will also help reinforcing commercial process that drives profitable growth.
Essential Responsibilities

Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Partner with CCS Product Leaders in HCS Korea on tactics and strategy to drive operating performance and act as champion for strategic initiatives within the organization

• Responsible for monthly forecasting and quarterly closing cycles for CCS equipment advising CCS leaders on risks and opportunities, as well as recommended actions and support operating rigor like weekly pacing that drives healthy linearity on order and sales

• Ownership for developing mid and long-term operating plans, growth strategies; analyze business performance and provide recommendations for go-to-market strategy, partner with CCS product teams to understand value proposition of product and support development and implementation of growth programs

• Support Commercial finance manager and product team by providing requested financial data from global reporting purpose to individual deal pricing requirement.
Based on the understanding of internal order to invoicing process as well as GE accounting policy and US GAAP, help operation, sales, function team to expediate their action that commercial finance's input needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; 2~5 years of finance work experience preferred; FMP graduate or GE FP&A working experience might be a plus
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of Accounting Principles
• Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
• Clear thinking / problem solving: ability to lead cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function involving process improvement; able to quickly grasp new ideas
• Excellent communication skills: ability to clearly communicate complex financial information in a easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing; experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions would be a plus
• Strong interpersonal skill : Confidence/Assertiveness and strong influencing skills
• Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations
• Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, OBIEE, Spotfire, Alteryx, MS Access, etc.), strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, VLookup, and Macros)
• You must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of past employment, criminal history, and educational background
