In the role of the Services – Cincinnati Electronic / Mechanical Maintenance & Repair Aviation
Component Service Center 

 Work schedule is Fri-Sunday 6a-6p
Essential Responsibilities

• Apply a practical knowledge of electronic theory, related electrical circuitry, machine tool repair, in the installation, modification, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and overhaul of mechanical/electronic production and facility equipment. 

• Apply a familiarity with equipment components, systems, and their function, identifying malfunctions as mechanical, electronic, electrical, or a combination of the above. 
• Use all types of precision measuring and test equipment associated with the evaluation of function and repair of production and facility equipment.  
• Work from blueprints, schematics, wiring and circuit diagrams, instruction manual, sketches, written and verbal instructions. 
• Instruct others as required and perform related duties.

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Ability to work with computers, applications, and keyboarding (e.g. email, Microsoft Excel,
etc…)
·  Knowledge as related to the installation, modification, troubleshooting, and high
technology manufacturing equipment,
extensive knowledge is required in the following area: electronic theory, electrical pneumatic,
hydraulic, power/control circuitry,
mechanics of machine tools and related shop equipment.
·  Possess analytical skills and
capabilities required to interpret faulty circuit components of interfaced
mechanical/electrical/electronic systems.
·  Interpret electronic, electrical, mechanical
blueprints and schematics.
·  Skilled in application and operation of mechanical and
electronic precision measuring and testing equipment.
·  Past experience in mechanical,
electrical, electronic maintenance of N.C., C.N.C. controlled machine tools and related shop
equipment.
Desired Characteristics

·  Previous experience and demonstrated in-depth ability with all facilities maintenance work
including welding, machine tool
repair, pipe fitting, plumbing, rigging, millwright, carpentry, painting, industrial electrical systems,
and HVAC systems.
·  Ability to learn to perform maintenance on level and flow instruments,
including pumps, and on various types of motors and
drives.
·  Ability to read and follow schematics, drawings, and follow GD&T on
blueprints.
·  Ability to use precision measuring equipment and machine tools such as drills,
saws and sheers.
·  Understanding / working knowledge of federal, state, and city safety and
building codes.
·  Possess basic understanding of chemical handling.
·  Ability to use
measuring devices such as micrometers, verniers, dial indicators and various
gauges.
·  Working knowledge of electrical circuits and electronics.
·  Ability to order
materials and interface with suppliers and vendors.
·  Knowledge of electrical high voltage,
mechanical and pneumatic devices.
·  Ability to learn and operate material handling and
lifting devices, including ability to obtain forklift license as required.
·  Ability to self-direct daily
work orders with a minimum of supervision.
·  Ability to use basic shop math including
fractions, decimals, algebra, and trigonometry
