Role Summary/Purpose

La principale mission de l'Instructeur technique est d'animer des ateliers et des formations à destination des techniciens de terrain et des sous-traitants de GE Renewable Energy Offshore Wind, ainsi qu'aux techniciens de maintenance et aux responsables opérationnels de nos clients. L’instructeur technique devra également former sur site les techniciens.
Essential Responsibilities

The Technical Instructor's primary role will be efficient & effective delivery of hands-on and class room training to GE Renewable Energy Offshore Wind field technicians and Sub-Contractor, as well as field engineers and Operations Manager from our customers. This new instructor profile will be also focusing on local onsite trainings.

A ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes :

·  Animer des formations dans les établissements en activité, à l'échelle nationale ou internationale, à destination des techniciens de terrain des clients internes et/ou externes de GE
·  Dispenser des formations sur site sur le site des clients 
·  Mettre à jour les supports de formation existants afin de les rendre conformes aux normes des produits et aux exigences internationales en matière de services 
·  Animer des ateliers pour renforcer les acquis des sessions théoriques 
·  Participer aux projets/initiatives de formation à la prestation de services 
·  Elaboration et implémenter, en tant que membre actif de l'organisation Learning, de nouveaux programmes qui contribuent à l’ objectif GE de devenir la meilleure équipe mondiale de prestation de services 
In this role, you will:

·  Conduct domestic / international training classes at facility for internal GE and/or external customer field technicians 
·  Conduct onsite trainings at customer site 
·  Update existing training material to conform to product and global Services standards 
·  Conduct hands-on sessions to reinforce classroom theory 
·  Support services training initiatives/projects 
·  Participate as an active member of the Learning organization in defining and implementing new programs that support our goal of being the World's Best Services team
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Vous évoluez dans un groupe international et savez naviguer dans un environnement matriciel aux cultures multiples. 
·  Vous êtes forces de proposition, créatif et orienté résultat. 
·  Vous avez une formation en génie électrique associée à une expérience sites et/ou de projets au sein des activités Wind offshore et/ ou on shore.
·  Vos aptitudes de formateurs vous donne une aisance relationnelle aussi bien à l’oral qu’a l’écrit.
·  Vous êtes autonome. Ouvert à de nouveaux concepts et/ou logiciels. 
·  Vous êtes mobile à 50 % de votre temps sur plusieurs jours consécutifs au niveau national et international .
·  Votre anglais est courant aussi bien à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
·  Une seconde langue (Allemand et/ou français est un plus). 

·  Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience/knowledge
·  Experience on construction or service sites / projects
·  Technical English mandatory
·  Ability and willingness to climb Wind Turbines as needed as part of field support assignments
·  Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% Domestic / International
·  Outstanding verbal communication skills and ability to comfortably address large audiences (desired) General technical Wind turbine experience (desired) 
·  Multi-lingual, English mandatory, a second language favorable (desired) French / German
·  Strong computer software aptitude & interest, with an ability to learn new concepts quickly and independently (desired)
