Essential Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes for machining, documenting process maps, driving process / fixture requirement, including setting up of the manufacturing line based and running production trials
• Responsible for Process capability and First Part Qualification process.
• Preparation of Control Plans, PFMEA and QAP
• Establish standard cycle time on manufacturing process and monitor the actual achievement
• Process Improvement with the help of Lean tools like Root Cause analysis, CAPA and Defect management.
• Execution and setup development for support processes i.e. EDM, Hydro, Air flow, assembly, NDT
• Perform statistical approach on manufacturing performance reporting and Conduct thorough analysis on manufacturing variances
• Actively support EHS programs in the plant
• Implement productivity actions to improve the process
• Lead and effectively interface with manufacturing, engineering and other support teams to complete projects to meet EHS, production, quality, cost savings, and new product development goals within schedule and budget
Qualifications/Requirements

1. Highest Levels of Personal Integrity and Safety Mindset.
2. First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline.
3. 2-3 Years of Experience in Engineering industry – with firsthand experience of managing the processes of a machine shop / fabrication shop and new product introduction
4. Knowledge in machining process, welding process, support process i.e. EDM, Air flow, Hydro, Assembly, etc
