Essential Responsibilities

We are looking for a technical product support developer to work on our CMMS installed base in the designated area (mainly UK) for the deployment of our AssetPlus Computer Assisted Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) at our clients (hospitals, clinics).

The AssetPlus support environment is technically very rich. It requires excellent diagnostic and analytical skills. The candidate will have to master a wide variety of technologies (operating system, databases, virtualization platforms, etc.). He will be able to develop strong technical and human skills. 

 Essential responsibilities: 

·  Supporting our Sales/Service force with CMMS expertise, for standalone projects or larger MVS / MES deals 
·  After the sale of the software solution, is responsible for the complete realization of the project at our customer site (approximately 50 % of the time). It includes: 
·  Customer expectations
o Software installation and configuration, 
·  Data recovery, 
·  In some cases, the merge of existing databases, 
·  Maintenance of interfaces with other software, 
·  Trouble shoot customer issues
o Users and administrators training,
o Users and administrators support after installation, 
·  Collect and articulate customer requirements/feedbacks to central team  
·  Manage the Tableau technical support of our installed base, either on site at the customer, or remotely, through our online support (helpdesk or hot line, about 50% of the time). This includes: 
·  After a “ticket” has been opened by our call center, contacts our clients (IT Managers and/or Biomedical Engineers) and manages the problem until it is resolved, 
·  Diagnosis and resolution remotely, as much as possible,
o Differentiate technical problems from application problems, 
·  Able to update and configure software remotely  
·  Identifying potential business opportunities during customer project management or remote technical support (additional training, interface, options, extended contract coverage, etc.) 
·  The activity takes place mainly in UK / London area (60%+), while few trips are expected across the UK (20%) and in Europe (20%)

Qualifications/Requirements

Knowledge and experiences 

·  Degree in Computer science or equivalent knowledge or experience
·  Significant experience in a similar field 
·  Understanding customer constraints and their implications
·  Installing software solutions 
·  Master project management; ability to plan, prioritize and deliver on commitments 
·  Analytical mind; ability to understand technical problems, determine source and remedy 
·  Ability to communicate at various levels (management, engineers, technicians, nurses, etc...) 
·  Ability to communicate clearly and deliver training sessions in public 
·  Expertise of ideally Tableau and relational database management systems and SQL syntax (SQL Server & Oracle) 
·  Good knowledge of operating systems 
·  Good knowledge of computer networks 
·  Ability to manage and operate error reports 
·  Interfacing tool knowledge is highly recommended 
·  Good writing skills (exchanges with our clients, development of project plans, technical documentation)

·  Experience from healthcare in general and biomedical services in particular 
·  Experience with RFID / RTLS technology 
·  Mastering French and a third foreign language (German, Spanish, Italian)
