Role Summary/Purpose

The Assembly Coach will perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line with primary responsibilities for the "Sky's the Limit" team. Position requires understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures (technical Bachelor’s Degree).
Essential Responsibilities

In addition, As the Assembly Coach, you will:

·  Oversee and manage front-line manufacturing employees 
·  Execute routine analyses using vested methods and technologies and/or contribute to technological developments in teams under
supervision 
·  Work together with people from the business unit 
·  Works within a team setting and / or under guidance 
·  Alternatively: executing routine but complex analysis

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

·  Minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing, Assembly or related field
