Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for all aspects production support & operations of Oracle Fusion applications. This role is a key member of the ERP Operations team of ESS organization providing leadership to the business users in resolving issues and maintaining application stability & improvements. This role is not limited to the day to day operations but also involves working closely with business and functional stakeholders in identifying the process improvement opportunities in the areas of responsibilities.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Oracle Cloud Fusion experience is a must.
·  Expertise in RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions and Workflows) and CEMLI (Configuration, Extension, Modification, Localization and Integration) methodologies. 
·  Worked closely with End users to understand and document the requirements. 
·  Worked on Development of Fusion Cloud BIP and OTBI reports using different methodologies like using Subject Area, getting Data by writing SQL queries, Using RTF template etc. 
·  Worked on developing custom BIP reports for Payables, Receivables, General Ledger and Project Accounting, HR as per user requirements. 
·  Worked on developing OTBI Reports using Subject Areas from AR, AP, GL and PA as per business requirements. 
·  Experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, OA Framework, BI Publisher is must. 
·  Designed & developed multiple custom Dashboards to match business user’s requirements. 
·  Customization using Fusion Sandbox and Composer. 
·  Set up of Key Flex Fields, Descriptive Flex fields, Lookups, Job Roles in Fusion Financials. 
·  Writing Unit Test cases and testing after completion of the Object. 
·  Develop end-user documentation and training materials. 
·  Good knowledge and exposure on the oracle fusion features and configuration items. 
·  Provide support to business users to develop, enhance and fix issues. Strong ability to solve problems and ensure support SLAs are met
Develop and lead the deliverable by coordinating with all technical/testing team members to ensure functionality is delivered on agreed solution.
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, Finance or other technical related fields with minimum 5-6 years relevant work experience
·  Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Operations or Support role working with end users 
·  Familiarity working in a shared services environment supporting a large, geographically distributed user base. Including managing security requests and reviewing access levels. 
·  Familiarity on Fusion production release practices 
·  Excellent communication skills 
·  Incident Management / Problem Management

Mandatory Skills 
·  Should have strong SQL and PL/SQL Skills 
·  Should be able to analyze an Application data model and create queries to get desired
information 
·  Strong Knowledge of EBS Financials OR Fusion Financial Table
·  Should have experience working with Oracle Cloud BI tools like: Cloud BI Publisher, Cloud OTBI, Cloud Financial Reporting Center 
·  Working good experience on Oracle Fusion application specially on Data migration, interfaces
and reporting. 
·  Working experience on FBDI (File based data import), Desktop integration for data migration
from third party application to Oracle Fusion application. 
·  Working experience on cloud Integration through either ICS or SOA. 
·  Working experience on Fusion Cloud extension through ADF or Java cloud service or developer
cloud services etc. 
·  Extensive troubleshooting skills needed to debug and fix issues.
