Establish and Manage Localization projects for all GIS products and FK/ME drives . Part and product validation to meet the cost targets of the products in line with the unit objectives.
Responsible and manage localization & Cost out projects for GIS products and FK/ME drives (FK and MEs) to ensure design and quality requirement of the products delivered by the supplier through validation, in line with unit localization strategy to optimize part cost. 2. Accountable for the overall cost of product and reports cost evolution to management periodically. 3. Responsible for the validation of the localized product and parts. 4. Supports SQE for the critical parts for validation of parts and establish critical process at supplier end. 5 .Coordinates with parent unit localization team for the technical supports & parts requirements for the qualification of product. 6. Synergies with Sourcing, Technical team, SQE to get and validate the quality product from supplier on time to achieve overall localization & Cost out KPIs
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in vendor development and part approval process ). Minimum of 3 years of experience in various manufacturing processes

Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
